Crazy Tables....

Well i finally found my bike computer and stats which are as follows...

Ave Sp 15.1mph
Dist 5.27miles
Time 20.56sec
Max Sp 20.4mph

Some really good stats from the ride with 15sec breath holds / 15sec recovery throughout the first 12mins.

I done some crazy tables this afternoon which gave me 4mins of lovely contractions, ouch! Going to use these each day now to get my head consistently into taking them with ease.
