Training day 14- was spent resting (if that makes any sense?)
Training day 15- i was a bit time poor so decided to do dry training only as follows..
Hold 1 : 2mins (normal exhale / full inhale)
Hold 2 : 2mins (normal exhale / full inhale)
Hold 3 : 1min FRV hold
Hold 4 : 1min FRV hold
Hold 5 : 3.50sec 2/4/2 breath up for 2mins (contractions started @ 3min)
Hold 6 : 4.20sec 2/4/2 breath up for 2mins (contractions started @ 3.30sec)
Hold 7 : 5min 2/4/2 breath up for 2mins (contractions started @ 3.40sec)
All holds were taken up to 10 contractions and 20 on the last hold.
Not a great performance!
